Noshivore (nosh-uh-vawr), noun:
Foodie nerds in search of the world’s best eats.

  • Celine and JVO are both foodies. We’ve both travelled parts of the world in search for amazing cuisine, so naturally, when we met, we bonded over our mutual love for food.

“Noshivore” started as a project for us to document our journeys because we’d have all of these idle food pics sitting on our camera roll. Now, our blog serves as a means to push us to explore - helping us get out of the house and try new things. Friends often ask us for recommendations, so this became the “master file” of all our favourite eats around the world.

This journal is our love story for food, photography, travel, and shared experiences. Follow us on our quest to curate the world's best eats!

    1. Only the Best: if it’s not somewhere we’d go back, it’s not worth showing

    2. Visual Storytelling: we accompany posts with vivid photos/videos that capture the moment

    3. Something for Everyone: hawker centres to Michelin stars, cafes to bars, touristy to local finds

    Gear we use:

  • We ask “would we come back again?” (incl. price, quality, atmosphere, etc).

Only if we’d come again, do we rank and write about it:

    • Walk: if in the neighbourhood, could be worth a visit… equivalent to good

    • Run: if in the city, put this on your travel plans… equivalent to awesome

    • Fly: book a flight, a top tier destination… equivalent to life-changing
