Comments:

  • Hello elegance. Feels like your quintessential, aesthetic Toronto bougie restaurant - and it’s plant-based.

  • The pasta was hands down the star of the show. First bite was an explosion of flavour.

  • Their flavour combinations were certainly unexpected and interesting - like the smoked peach compote with the plant-based cashew baked brie and walnuts. Eating the peach on their own was smokier than I liked, but eat it with a little bit of everything else on that plate - delicious!

  • The olive oil cake dish came highly recommended from a friend. This time, they had a seasonal fermented cherry on top. Eat the components separately and you wouldn’t think they were supposed to belong together, but again, eat it together and it worked.

  • All in all, would recommend to any vegetarian and adventurously foodie.
