Comments:
Hello elegance. Feels like your quintessential, aesthetic Toronto bougie restaurant - and it’s plant-based.
The pasta was hands down the star of the show. First bite was an explosion of flavour.
Their flavour combinations were certainly unexpected and interesting - like the smoked peach compote with the plant-based cashew baked brie and walnuts. Eating the peach on their own was smokier than I liked, but eat it with a little bit of everything else on that plate - delicious!
The olive oil cake dish came highly recommended from a friend. This time, they had a seasonal fermented cherry on top. Eat the components separately and you wouldn’t think they were supposed to belong together, but again, eat it together and it worked.
All in all, would recommend to any vegetarian and adventurously foodie.
