Pistachio paste croissant

Verdict: Run

The best bakery in Vancouver in our opinion. We love their croissants so much. They make everything fresh (as any bakery should), but there’s definitely thoughtfulness and technique that go a long way here - you will taste it.

Comments:

  • My dear friends, this is a serious croissant. A close friend recommended this place saying that the almond one was to die for and they always sell out. Definitely a must visit for any serious croissant lover (skip the coffee)

  • On the expensive side per croissant, but it’s worth it. This will be our first or last stop whenever in Vancouver (it’s right beside the SkyTrain so perfect access to the airport)

  • Savoury favourite was the tuna corn - get it warmed up, it’ll just melt in your mouth. Sweet favourite was the hazelnut coffee - like the chocolatey ganache part of a Ferraro Rocher

  • Will be back to try the other viennoiserie!!
