What a surprise to find this quality of pizza in the middle of Japan. Definitely rivaled pizza we’ve had in Naples.
Thin bottom with fluffier & blackened crust. Toppings that just slide off the dough.
On the pricier end, but it is award winning pizza - multiple certificates and awards cover their walls.
Exactly what we needed as a palette cleanser after all the matcha consumed
