Item: V60 Filter Coffee with Ethiopian Beans

Comments:

• This place is super chic and modern - filled with young Vietnamese hipster and fashionable people

• The coffee here is more on the high end where you can choose different beans (i.e. Ethiopian, Kenyan, etc), instead of just your standard Vietnamese Robusta bean which is quite strong for my taste

• Really tasty coffee, especially as it cooled a little more, you could taste different flavours

• I was a big fan of the interior and came to have a business chat with 2 folks - was a good time and nice contrast to all of the local street vendor stuff I had

• Would come back for sure
