Ma Poule Mouillée is one of the places we always recommend to our friends & family who visit Montréal. The best poutine we’ve had and crave for. Worth the hike up to the Plateau, especially in the warmer weather when you can take out and sit in Parc Lafontaine.

Comments:

  • Best poutine in Montreal by far - we love this place and frequent it the most whenever we’re craving the fries and gravy goodness

  • When you order the Portugese poutine, it comes with charcoal cooked chicken which has the nice smokey notes but retains it’s juiciness + chorizo… our reco is to actually ask for it without chorizo because we think it makes the dish too salty

  • My family and friends come from Ottawa and Toronto to eat this masterpiece

  • Pro Tip: here’s what to do in the summer or fall - get a poutine to go, walk 5 min to Parc Lafontaine, find a bench or on the grass overlooking the water, enjoy said poutine because it will be the perfect balance of crunchy and soggy
