A staple in Dempsey Hill. We always go every 6-8 weeks to refresh our dark chocolate stores and cacao nibs. Definitely very high up on our favourites in Singapore.

Cost: $120 for 3 people overindulging. $40 for retail purchases.

Welcome to Mr. Bucket’s Chocolate Factory, where all your chocolate dreams come true. This is a must come place, especially if you love chocolate. We certainly indulged.
We first heard of this place from Erwin Heussaff’s Dessert Guide to Singapore. This was definitely part of Jeremy’s plan to bring me to Singapore.
The tasting plates are masterful curations - the thought that went into the concept and creation of each platter and component is evident - just WOW.
Our favourite was the bean-to-bar plate - specifically the chocolate covered cocoa beans and the cocoa husk tea. Our friend’s was Nama Chocolate on the Journey through Asia
Hot chocolates were SO good - not overly sweet and so cool to identify the tasting notes on the little info cards provided.
You must also try the chocolate covered macadamia nuts - there’s a crunchy layer that make it just pop
We may or may not have just finished the bar of 66% dark chocolate from Malaysia in one sitting…
