Comments:

  • Let me tell you how hard it was to just pick 4 flavours. Had to definitely try the indefinitely pistachio praline and indefinitely caramel. Mogador and something else rounded out the set list.

  • I loved this little tin with tinier macarons and Chef Hermé himself. Little bit of a splurge, but it served as my souvenir!

  • As we explored Paris, I kept seeing this cool bag - white and yellow bag with leaf cutouts. My nerd brain instantly marvelling at the design and wondering how many cutouts they could do before the integrity of the bag was compromised. Anyway, once I made the connection, we couldn’t escape it. We will never forget Pierre Hermé.
