Comments:

  • The Oyster Bar is situated in the heart of Tanjong Pagar where they specialize in oysters. They source them from Asia - I believe from Japan.

  • What I really like about this place is that you have all of these unique combinations. You’ve got oyster and kombu, oyster and kimchi juice, oyster and uni, etc… combinations that you wouldn't typically see in North America.

  • We all had different combos which were our favourites which was cool to see!

  • I personally enjoy the plain oysters the best with lemon juice, whereas my sister liked the kombu ones the most.

  • The price is not cheap. You're looking at about $4 to $5 per oyster. However, I do enjoy the atmosphere and I've seen a lot of food bloggers and YouTubers tout about this place.

  • I recommend it when you're in the market or are feeling a peckish for some raw oysters and happen to be in the area.
