Tukies Coconut Shop

Run

The Classic - Coconut ice cream with coconut flakes, fresh young coconut, & coconut sugar

Verdict: Run

When you’re in Bali, Tukies is a must visit. Easily, we went every 2 days to get our hit of coconut ice cream. A delicious treat to cool you down in the Bali heat that’s the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy. If you ever (somehow) get tired of the classic, they have a whole menu of other traditional desserts to try.

Comments:

  • Any combination of the Classic is a must to have when you’re in Bali. Tukies coconut ice cream is truly something special. The right amount of sweetness and milk-y flavour - without the dairy.

  • Poconut was delicious. A great snack to have while watching movies. Salty of the popcorn comes through to balance the sweetness of the coconut flakes & sugar.

  • We also tried their dalumon - a more traditional Balinese dessert made of grass jelly, coconut milk, sticky rice, palm sugar, and blended ice. We’d recommend sticking to the classics, we wouldn’t order this one again.
