A staple in the MTL coffee scene. Typical Italian style coffee - dark, bitter, strong. Come here because it’s an establishment with a lot of history.

Cost: Reasonable for coffee + pastries

Comments:

• So we have this friend who’s a coffee aficionado. He has every tool to make a cup of coffee. He’s obsessed. Every time he goes to a new coffee shop, he assesses the quality based on Cortado. Café Olimpico passed the test.

• Pistachio Bomboloni was - you guessed it - bomb. Even the filled croissants were good.

• Popular spot - cute outdoor fenced patio at this location. There's a few other locations - I went to the one in Centre-Ville in the summer for some Caffe Crema - expensive for the little cup, but good coffee flavour. Unlikely that I’d get it again.
