Comments:

• I’ve been met with disappointment 90% of the time when I’ve ordered a Millefeuille in the past - too dry, bland taste, etc., but everyone - and I mean everyone - in Montreal said Patisserie Rhubarbe’s Millefeuille is life changing. So we had to make it happen

• Hands down, this was the best Millefeuille we’ve ever had

  • Flaky yet moist, delectable crème sandwiching the layers, a slight bitterness to cut through the sweetness

  • Definitely worth the higher price tag

• The Chausson Rhubarbe wasn’t our favourite - still good and flaky, but a tad too sour for our liking (and Jeremy loves rhubarbe).

• Millefeuille was definitely the shining star. Looking forward to going back to eat more of their menu, especially the croissant litmus test.
