If we weren’t trying to lose some weight, we’d be going on a weekly basis, haha. The uniqueness and thoughtful execution of these ice creams and the cones bring us back.

Stepping into the store transports you into this sleek, Gaudi-esque interior where the gelato is the artistic masterpiece. Birds of Paradise is an aesthetic.
We’ve eaten a lot of gelato around the world, but we haven’t encountered as inventive of a gelato shop as this place - with their fresh thyme flavoured cones + unique flavours (white chrysanthemum, macadamia butterfly pea, earl grey + lemongrass, sea salt hojicha, to name a few)
The combo of the white chrysanthemum and the thyme cone was a perfect blend of flavours. Will definitely be back for more of this.
