Not too spicy, but very flavourful and we loved all the different textures in one bite - from the soft bouncy wontons, crunchy fried toppings, and fresh green onions. No wonder it was on the Michelin Guides + Street Food festivals in 2018 and 2019.
Xiao long baos were also delicious little packages. The skin was so thin yet held the golden juices. Watching the hawkers wrap each of these dumplings was mesmerizing. Quick and adept work, beautiful masterpiece.
