• Melissa & Javier truly love the craft - they work with farms in the Shan State to bring in freshly roasted beans every week.

• Watching Javier make our pourover was a lesson in love & mastery. He knew what needed to be done to make the bean sing.

• They offer food options as well, but today, our focus was the bean. Clearly a community favourite, every spot was occupied.
