Comments:

  • Yangji, an acclaimed ox bone soup restaurant in Seoul, caught our attention with its Michelin guide listing.

  • The soup impressed with its rich yet balanced flavor, allowing personalization with self-added salt to control the taste precisely.

  • One standout was the kimchi, which I found to be the best throughout my 10-day journey across South Korea, boasting a unique, briny, and slightly fishy flavour that was irresistibly appetizing. It helps to contrast the soup so you’re always going in cycles.
