Comments:
Yangji, an acclaimed ox bone soup restaurant in Seoul, caught our attention with its Michelin guide listing.
The soup impressed with its rich yet balanced flavor, allowing personalization with self-added salt to control the taste precisely.
One standout was the kimchi, which I found to be the best throughout my 10-day journey across South Korea, boasting a unique, briny, and slightly fishy flavour that was irresistibly appetizing. It helps to contrast the soup so you’re always going in cycles.
Located off of the typical tourist path, it is between Hongdae and Itaewon, making it an ideal pit stop.
This restaurant offered awesome value for money, delivering a memorable culinary experience. Would come back again for sure.
