  • Cao lao = rice noodle dish with pork slices, greens, and crispy squares. Rice noodles were soaked in lye water beforehand, giving it an unique bite and texture

  • Mi quang = rice noodles with option of pork slices, shrimp, egg or mixed

• Delicious and reliable. Don’t forget to mix both dishes before eating. You want the flavour from the soup on the noodles & meat. Add some fish sauce and it’s a bowl full of umami balance
