Delicious seafood noodles at Old Aiport Rd hawker centre. I am definitely coming back here for this Hokkien Mee when I am craving one of these bad boys.

The noodles were super flavourful without being too punchy
You can tell that the chef takes their time with layering in so much seafood stock in multiple rounds because the food does not come out fast here… as it shouldn’t
They reach the right level of moisture saturation without over cooking the noodles
Although we were quite full already, we had no problem devouring this plate as well so I think that is a testament to how good it was
