The best char siew we have had… probably in the world?! They use a very specific fattier cut and then allow the multiple textures to shine - crispy, soft, and juicy all at the same time.

One of our friends recommended this place as the best Char Siew that they’ve had in the world, so we had to QA that theory and put it to the test
In reality, their statement did not disappoint - it truly was amazing and probably the best that I have had
The balance between savoury and sweet was there
The contrasting textures of moist, juicy meat but with burnt, crispy charred ends was so nice
The char siew just melts in your mouth… it’s SO good
The other dishes such as the roast pork and the duck were not as impressive, including the rice being middle of the pack stuff
The only way I can give this place a high 8 score is because the char siew is out of this world good
