Making new friends

  • A magical little bar off the busy streets of Golden Gai

    • Enough space to fit ~10 people comfortably

    • There was something in the air that night. We found such energy and connection with locals and fellow visitors alike. Easily fitting double the occupancy and enjoying every minute of it

  • You won’t be disappointed in Pitou’s choices of alcohol. The owner has beautifully curated some of the best local creations. Was such a treat to learn a little about the wine industry in Japan

  • If you’re a novice at wine, have no fear. Let her know what tastes you generally like drinking (ex. floral, fruity, sweet, dry/not so sweet, herbal, etc.) and she’ll help guide you

  • Even when it came to hard liquor, there was a fine selection to choose from - some delicious Japanese whiskies from Ichiro’s Malt and Mugwort Gin from The Herbalist Yaso Gin were among what we had sampled

  • You’ll get a few complimentary snacks to munch on while you sip - we tried some of the mirin flavored rice crackers & the chocolate covered rice puffs.

  • What a magical night in Golden Gai. Thank you to Pitou and our new friends for forming some core memories with us that night <3
