Comments:

• Each katsu set came with white rice and some cabbage. Choose your preferred leanness level.

• Accidentally ordered sumo size dishes (this is why you clarify things before you order oops). Sumo size is an additional cutlet (katsu)

  • Barely touched the rice with how filling the 2 katsus were

• Surprised by how good the curry was, especially when eaten with the katsu itself. I’m usually not a fan of Japanese curry. The curry helped a lot when eating the fillet katsu. On its own was a tad bit dry.

• The fattiness of the loin katsu didn’t need the curry. So we should have switched our orders

• Didn’t know at the time that we needed to reserve earlier to see the live sumo demo, so definitely call ahead when you go!

• Even though there wasn’t a show, they projected sumo matches to watch while we ate

• Decent meal for the price. Would love to go back for the live show
