Comments:
Wild that the line-up was still going strong even at 8pm at night
One of the many shops in “ramen road”, but one with some of the highest ratings - which is how we decided we wanted to come here
Place your order at the machine at the front of the store when you reach the front of the line. Choose your dishes (English friendly screens) and receive stubs that will be taken by the staff later
They accept cash or credit card
The restaurant itself is tiny, but what a lively atmosphere! Whether at the tabletop or bar, everyone was digging into their noodles, eating quickly, chatting away.
The dipping ramen (tsukemen) was sublime. Perfectly cooked noodles resulted in an al dente texture. The thick soup coated each of these noodles and my goodness, what a beautiful broth
Ramen was alright, average bowl - it’s very easy to get a good bowl of ramen in Tokyo, so it has to be something special to stand out.
BUT definitely coming back to eat more of the tsukemen!! This dish makes Rokurinsha a run
