Verdict: Run

Top notch sushi and sake. Great atmosphere and livelihood in this place. Wish I spent more time there enjoying it all. Will be back for sure.

What an incredible atmosphere inside - it is buzzing with energy, people are having conversation, people coming in and out, people sitting at tables, at the bar, you’re watching the sushi chefs run their craft
We sat at the bar and got to enjoy the view
Sushi was insanely good - fresh and meticulously prepared
The bluefin tuna was the star of the show - we only got to order 2 pieces due to the high price (but then again, what can you expect from blue fin?)
Tempura was solid as was the soft shell crab
Sake made all the difference here where you’re able to get bottles of some serious stuff - just ask the staff to help you pick out a bottle based on your favourite notes
If I’m craving high quality sushi in a bumping atmosphere while in SF, I am coming to Ryoko’s
