Sam’s Burgers

Exterior of restaurant

Verdict: Walk

Such a good burger. Such a simple place in Chinatown. Make sure you let the bun steam in the aluminum foil for a few min before chowing down after a big night out.

Type: Burgers

City: San Francisco, CA (Chinatown)

Address: 618 Broadway, San Francisco, CA 94133, United States

Burger served fresh (not to go) -> it is better as a takeaway

Item: Cheeseburger

Cost: Cheap and Cheerful

Comments:

  • Didn’t expect it to be this good but it just is with it’s simplicity

  • Originally came here because I saw Anthony Bourdain come to this spot but it’s actually pretty legit

  • One recommendation: make sure to get it to-go in the foil wrap and let it steam itself for 5-10 min before biting in… the gooey texture that it provides on the bun is way better than eating it fresh on a plate = trust me on this one…
