Silky egg rice

Comments:

  • reputation for their HK foods, particularly the egg tarts. Did not disappoint

  • The crust of the tarts is the best I’ve had to date. Right balance of salt, sweetness, and bite. Not too crumbly.

  • Winners were definitely the silk egg rice dish, pandan tart, and HK milk tea

    • Silk egg rice dish was quite filling for it’s affordable price

    • Pandan flavour in the tart was a right on the money. It’s something special that I haven’t had before, even in Markham

    • HK milk tea was less sweet than others I’ve had, but when you have it the tarts and buns, it’s perfect. Cuts the sweet of the pastries

  • The bolo bao was good - but I’ve had slightly better in Markham. Same with the egg tart
