Although is in on the Michelin guide, it is not stuff that is much better than any other roast goose place in HK. Worth a 1 time try for novelty.

We had some local friends take us out for our first meal in Hong Kong here at a famous Chinese BBQ spot, where they are mostly known for their roast goose
I should have totally expected this but the service in HK is definitely something else - you have servers that are constantly ushering you in and out, making sure you move fast enough or make decisions quicker… this is a quintessential version of that “HK experience”
We had 3 different cuts of meat: goose, roast pork, and char siu pork - all of them were very good // paired alongside some rice and noodles
The meal is on the heavier side so you cannot eat truckloads of this stuff but I still felt okay after stuffing myself here
This is an awesome introductory spot to Hong Kong as a visitor
