Feels like one of the most authentic Taiwanese experiences you could get. We loved the staff that were dressed in uniform and manning their specific stations - doing 1 thing amazingly well each. Food is great too. The soy milk wins us over.

This place is a vibe - you have each person manning a station on their own and you can tell they are experts at their craft
I love the open kitchen concept where you can see everything being made in front of you, but better yet this is open kitchen on the street corner!
This is an extremely affordable meal and I believe everyone can find something that suits their tastes: from the sweet and fresh soy milk to the savoury juicy soup dumplings
Call outs: the youtiao are very fresh and crispy; the xiao long baos are more stuffed with meat than usual (I wouldn’t say it’s the best one out there but it’s a more filling one and very good value for money)
My favourite part of this place is that you can get in and out pretty quickly while also observing how the chefs were working and what they were doing
