  • During our tour of Jeju Island's western and southern regions, we paused at a mountain in the south to get top shell noodles, a culinary highlight.

  • The dish featured a flavourful seaweed broth alongside top shell, also known as turban shells, offering a unique and delicious taste experience.

  • An option to purchase a set meal, including two bowls of these noodles and a side dish like parboiled squid, was available, ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 Korean won.
